Smurfit Kappa, Europe’s leading paper-based packaging manufacturer, is sponsoring the ‘Durable Internet Shopping Pack’ award in this year’s Student Starpack Awards.
Within five years online spending will account for 30-50% of total consumer spending, creating a demand for robust packaging that ensures products reach consumers in prime condition.
The ‘Durable Internet Shopping Pack’ award requires students to create a cardboard pack that can protect a small electrical item and manual, even when dropped three times from 1m high.
